As the owner of Graphicsgarage, Stephen is the sole point of contact for all matters design related. This allows a one-to-one set-up that many clients appreciate as it allows them to deal directly with the person responsible for doing the work, leading to speedier lines of communication, less misunderstanding / ambiguity and greater rapport.
A small studio also means less overheads, which in turn means reduced costs which are passed on to the client. When it comes to print management, Graphicsgarage does not limit itself to dealing with one print supplier. For every print job, a range of prices can be obtained if desired, so the client can choose which quote he or she prefers. If a client prefers to use a printer that they are already familiar with, Graphicsgarage will happily work with them or indeed if they wish to handle the print themselves, we are happy to pass over finished print ready artwork by agreement.
Ultimately the aim is to have the process of hiring Graphicsgarage be a simple and straight forward one. In order that this be achieved, the client is encouraged to provide as much in-depth information about their project as they can, so I can be as well-informed about what is needed as is possible. This is a two way street of course, as I believe every client should be informed and involved at each stage of the process. As already stated, more communication means better understanding, less ambiguity, quicker turnaround times and better results.
